Overtime Air-Conditioning

All requests for overtime air-conditioning/heating must be submitted in writing on an overtime HVAC request form. The request must be submitted to the Management Office by 3:00 p.m. on the preceding business day for weekday requests, and by 3:00 p.m. Friday for weekend requests. Cost for overtime air is $60.00 per hour or as stated in your Lease Agreement.
